Wedding

So, after 12 years together, we already was married but not "officially" so we decided it was time!   So, here we was planning a out wedding in 3 weeks!   What a beautiful weekend it was and enjoying with friends and family was the BEST!!!   I would have loved to invite everyone of my family and friends but Craig wanted to keep it small, he does not do big crowds lol.  It was nice to keep it small, and enjoy every single minute of what was going on.

This week's challenge was LM #456 - Create a layout celebrating your country.  

I choose some pictures of Adalynn at the Neil Armstrong Air & Space Museum in Wapak, Ohio and what a perfect time since it was the 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF APOLLO 11 MISSION!!

Here is something I have been trying.....   some mixed media with paint, canvas, and iron-on.   I love how these turned out for a bathroom!!

This weeks Challenge was LM #454 - July 7 - Team B - In the USA July 4th is Independence Day. Create a Red, White, and Blue layout.

This week challenge is Everyday Outdoor Activities !   We love sidewalk chalk at maw maw house!!   Love to see their creations....  these pictures was actually taken at my sisters house playing with sidewalk chalk.

New Grandbaby!!!

Welcome to the world, Kandyn Craig 7lbs 14 ounces -  20 inches     Our 7th grandchild made an appearance tonight!!!   So exciting, can't wait to get my hands on him and let the spoiling begin!!   

We love you little man!!

I should have taken a before picture!   Holy Moly...... my table was a mess, I could not even see it!!   Finally got it cleaned off since tomorrow is the last day of school for me!!!   So, more crafting time is in my future!   Love summer time :)    P.S. the paper showing in the background, is only 12 x 12 cardstock......................I have a confession, I am addicted to buying paper!!   Anyone else have that problem?

So nice to be able to catch up with friends.   Some of us have been scrapbooking together for almost 16 years!!    Lots of laughs and of course a few pages accomplished!!

LM #445 - Patterned Stamps - Find a patterned stamp to create interest on your page. Make a patterned layering or background paper, use patterns to create texture and interest on a page background, emboss and resist a pattern, add pattern to your mixed media background, get messy!

Lasting Memories Challenge 444!

Its been awhile since I used any of my stamps!   So I pulled them out and used them today for the challenge!  I have a bunch of blocks, but of course, could only find this one lol.   

Then I got started on my layout but first cut out this SVG file from Doodlebug!   Love doodlebug products, wish we had a scrapbook store close that carried their products.   I am a touch it and buy it, not very patient enough to wait on shipping of stuff!!! lol.   

Finally the finished project, of course I am behind in scrapbooking (is there such a thing of being caught up?)   this was Easter a couple years ago!   One of the last Easter before my mom passed away and Mom Dugger (my grandma, yes we called her mom, later on my kids added on her last name)    Now holidays are just not the same but we carry on traditions for all the kids.

Easter

Easter was such a busy time!!!   We had everyone to our house for dinner then an Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard.   It was nice, it had dried out some before the hunt!!  We have had so much rain lately, our basement flooded last night, so I was looking at some good memories today after trying to clean the basement UGH!!
